lb. halibut steak

Place
halibut steak in a baking dish. Pour lemon juice and salt over fish, followed
by mixture of tomato, carrot, and onion. Bake, covered for 25 to 30 minutes in
a 175°C (350°F) oven. Remove from oven.
Garnish with lemon if desired.
